Brief:
To supply, install and load test percussion driven earth anchors, wire ropes and tensioning gear at the Rear Main Lead Navigation Aid in Newcastle as a means of stabilising scaffolding used for the refurbishment of the Navigation tower.

Conclusion:
The earth anchors installed, tested and certified by AR+R were ideally suited to site conditions which required high capacity anchors to be installed in confined and difficult to reach areas. Light tools were utilised to install the anchors on the steep slopes of the site.
